Puma Broker Review 2026: 4.8 Stars or 1.8? We Checked

By Chris Halloran · Last updated: 23 October 2026 · 9 min read

Quick answer: Puma Broker’s homepage displays a badge reading “4.8 · +2,400 reviews.” Its actual public review profile shows 1.8 from 19 reviews, and a second profile on another platform shows 3.2 from 1. Neither matches 4.8. That gap is this Puma Broker review‘s central finding.

The two numbers problem

Open pumabroker.com and the trust badge is unmissable: 4.8, with +2,400 reviews.

Open its public review profile and you get 1.8 from 19 reviews. The platform’s own note reads “0 reviews in the last 12 months.”

Those numbers are not close. So where does 4.8 come from? It’s almost certainly a different profile — but neither pumabroker.com nor pumabroker.io carries it, and the .io profile has exactly one review. Either the badge is aspirational, the 2,400 reviews live on a profile that has since been merged or removed, or the marketing team screenshotted a peak that no longer exists.

Whatever the cause, the badge currently overstates the reality by 3 full stars. That’s the most useful thing you can know before depositing.

What is Puma Broker?

A binary options platform, not a CFD broker. That distinction matters: binary options have fixed payouts and fixed expiry, which makes them easier for beginners to understand and harder to exit mid-trade.

Its offer is clean and modern. 50+ assets across forex, crypto, stocks and indices. Payouts up to 92% (95% for VIP). Trades from 1 to 5 minutes. A $50 minimum deposit. A free $10,000 demo. Support via chat, WhatsApp and email. A VIP tier with a dedicated manager and a points-based rewards system.

The crypto asset list is unusually current — SUI, TON, APT, AAVE alongside the usual majors. Someone there is paying attention.

Regulation: the missing section

Here’s the gap. Puma Broker’s homepage has sections for services, markets, about, VIP, reviews and FAQ — and not one of them names a regulator or a licence number. The company description on its review profile doesn’t either.

The registered address is a St. Vincent & Grenadines arrangement. FastBull’s analysts went further, advising against transacting with Puma “due to its fundamental lack of transparency,” noting the absence of any regulatory authorisation information on the website. WikiFX scores it 1.54 out of 10.

For a binary options platform, that’s the whole ballgame. In binary options there is no exchange and no market price to compare against — your fill is whatever the platform says it is. Without a regulator, you’re trusting an operator with a $50 entry and no referee.

What real customer reviews say

Only 19 reviews, and the newest is June 2025. That small sample is itself a finding.

1 star, Jun 2025 (Brazil): “While you are depositing everything is fine, but when you get the operational side right and start making withdrawals more frequently, the broker simply starts taking a long time to pay… I have had a withdrawal pending since 07/05/2025… The broker screws over its clients who start being profitable, which makes us think this broker doesn’t have enough liquidity to pay its clients.”

2 stars: “Every day they ask you to invest a little more, they motivate you by showing you’re winning, and then out of nowhere it appears at zero, saying that to rescue it you have to invest again.”

1 star: “They made my father lose a lot of money and wouldn’t give anything back.”

5 stars, 2020: “Started with 250€… withdrew all my capital to the bank, after a few days it all arrived. Then I invested 10,000€.”

The reviews read like two different brokers: 2020 was warm and personal, with named managers and fast withdrawals. By 2025 it’s pending payouts and rollover pressure. Note that several 2020 replies carry an EverFX signature — Puma’s early operation was intertwined with EverFX, and that history still colours older reviews.

The bonus terms, read carefully

Puma is unusually transparent here, which earns it credit. Its FAQ states plainly: the rollover applies only to the bonus amount; real cash is withdrawable any time provided the rollover is cleared; the bonus and its profits only unlock after rollover; only one coupon at a time; and if the account holds no real balance for more than three days while trading on a bonus, the broker may cancel the bonus.

That last clause is worth remembering. A cancelled bonus mid-strategy changes your margin.

Pros and cons

Pros: modern, fast UI · current crypto asset list · $50 entry with $10,000 demo · 92% payouts · unusually clear bonus terms · 24h chat, WhatsApp and email support

Cons: no named regulator or licence on site · 1.8 public score from 19 reviews versus a claimed 4.8 · no reviews in 12 months · binary options model with platform-set pricing · St. Vincent & Grenadines address

Verdict: 5.5 / 10

Puma Broker is a well-built product with a poorly-evidenced trust story. The site is better than the average binary platform; the badge is worse than the average badge. Start at $50, decline the bonus on your first run so you’re not exposed to rollover, and test a withdrawal in week one before you scale.

FAQ

Is Puma Broker regulated? No regulator or licence number is named on its website — the main transparency criticism against it.

Why does the site claim 4.8 stars? Its public review profile shows 1.8 from 19 reviews. The 4.8 / 2,400 figure doesn’t match any profile we could locate.

What is the Puma Broker minimum deposit? $50, with a free $10,000 demo account.

Can you withdraw the Puma bonus? Only after the rollover is fully met. Real cash is withdrawable any time.

What payouts does Puma Broker offer? Up to 92%, or 95% on VIP.
